Payment Policy:

To complete the registration process and reserve a placement in a course, tuition must be paid in full or FLEXPAY* payment must be paid. After completing payment, cancelling your registration more than 7 days before the class start date will result in a 10% processing fee (10% of the total cost of the class), should the cancellation be made less than 7 days before the class start date, only 50% of the tuition will be returned (in cases of FLEXPAY, no refund will be issued). After the first day of class, tuition is non-refundable. Tuition will vary depending on the class you have registered for. If you have a scholarship please indicate so in the questions or comments section.

 

Visitor Policy:

Brickhouse School of Music asks that the students and the teacher be the only people in the room during the lesson. This is to ensure that the limited time each teacher gets to spend with students is used effectively. If you would like to observe a course because you are interested in registering for one of our courses, we can offer you a one- time visitors pass for that class.

 

Required Materials:  

Many of our classes have required materials that will need to be brought to each class.  Everything you will need for our classes that you don’t already own is conveniently available right here at Brickhouse Music.  By registering for this class you are automatically eligible for our 10% student discount for the duration of the class.

 

Cancellations and Makeups:

Due to the nature of this being a group class it is unlikely we will be able to offer makeup classes. However, extenuating circumstances will be reviewed on a case by case basis, and the instructor will have the option to privately advise you on the class that was missed. After the first day of class, tuition is non-refundable. All class times are approximate and might cut a few minutes before their scheduled end time to ensure smooth transitions and to keep all classes starting on time.

 

*Flexpay:

Reserve your spot in one of our classes for less. With FlexPay, you can pay only HALF today to reserve your registration. The remaining balance plus a $5 processing fee will be due on your first day of class.
